Exchanges:

If an item doesn’t fit or is the wrong color, no worries, send it back to us for an exchange. The shipping costs are on us and we will send the exchanged item back to you.

To exchange an item, please use the return label provided with your order.

*Want to expedite your exchange?  We recommend that you place a new order for the item you would like to exchange.  Upon receipt of your returned item, we'll refund the amount of the item back to the original credit card used.

Returns:

To return an item, you may select your own method of shipment or use the return label we provided.  Note, we will deduct $5.90 from your refund amount if you use our return label.

Important:

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information to your package through the United States Post Office.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within 2 billing cycles.

Defective Item:

Items that are defective may be returned or exchanged. For all defective or incorrect items, please us at info@gullysurf with the subject line "defective item". 

Return Policy:

gully surf will exchange or return any item as long as it has not been worn, washed, or used.  Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund where the item is returned within thirty (30) days of its original shipping date (minus the shipping costs). The credit card used on the original order will be used for any refunds or exchange price differences. 

The following items may not be returned or exchanged: Sale items and women's bikinis.

Surfboards

Surfboards are fragile and surf brand boards come with no warranty by the manufacturer or gully surf. If the board is in the original condition along with the original receipt, it may be returned. Any board showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted for a return or exchange. 

*We strongly recommend insuring all returned or exchanged orders. We are not responsible for returned surfboards that have been damaged or lost in transit.

Sale Items

All sale items are final, no exchanges or refunds will be processed.
